What is the maximum group size?
We strictly limit all departures to a maximum of 8 guests, and a maximum of 4 guests per game drive vehicle. This ensures each guest has freedom of movement, unobstructed sightlines, and direct access to our guide.
Can I join a departure as a solo traveler?
Absolutely. Solo travelers are warmly welcomed on all our group departures. Single-supplement pricing is available. Many of our most memorable departures have included solo explorers.
What is included in the price?
All accommodation (premium lodges and tented camps), all meals and beverages, all game drives, specialist guide fees, all national park and conservation fees. International flights and personal travel insurance are not included.
What is the cancellation policy?
Deposits are refundable up to 120 days before departure. Within 90 days, a 50% refund is available. Within 60 days, the deposit is forfeited. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Can the departures be combined into a longer trip?
Yes. Several guests extend their trip by appending a private add-on — such as a Zanzibar beach extension or a Kilimanjaro trek — before or after the scheduled departure. Contact us to discuss options.
