Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings with Unseen Places Safaris are subject to the following terms. Please read carefully before confirming your reservation.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total safari cost is required to confirm your booking and hold your accommodation dates. The remaining balance is due in full no later than 60 days before the start date of your safari. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at time of booking.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are based on the costs of accommodation, services, and park fees current at the time of quoting. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of significant currency fluctuations or changes to park fee structures imposed by the Tanzanian government, but we will always notify you of any such changes before they apply to your booking.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring all guest information provided to us (passport names, date of birth, dietary requirements, medical conditions) is accurate. Errors in provided information that result in costs are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to our team. The following cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before departure:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation cover. We are happy to recommend specialist safari travel insurance providers upon request.
Liability
Unseen Places Safaris acts as an agent for the hotels, lodges, camps, airlines, and other service providers used in your itinerary. We exercise the greatest care in selecting and regularly reviewing all our partner suppliers, but we do not own or operate these services directly.
We accept no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur, whether through the acts or negligence of any company or person, in connection with any service we arrange or provide on your behalf.
Safari travel involves inherent risks including those arising from wildlife, remote locations, and unpredictable weather. You acknowledge and accept these risks by confirming your booking.
